Vermont Health Psychology, PLC is not a generalist psychotherapy practice and does not provide crisis management or case management. Services from Vermont Health Psychology, PLC are only available to residents of states enrolled in the PSYPACT. The presence of other psychological disorders is not a rule-out for treatment; however, depending on the presenting problem(s), a patient may be asked to secure a psychotherapist to treat the comorbid disorder prior or concurrently with health psychology treatment.
All sessions will be virtual and require access to the internet with a working webcam and microphone. All payments will be made at the time of service and be accepted via a HIPAA-secure payment system. Please review all provided disclosures carefully and ask questions if you have any.
The effectiveness of CBT-I is diminished when in the presence of other sleep disorders (e.g., OSA, REM sleep disorder, etc.). Similarly, CBT-CP is not right for all pain experiences. A consultation/intake session will be conducted prior to acceptance into the CBT-I or CBT-CP programs. Results are not guaranteed.
